  • Due to the uterine contraction properties which can cause miscarriage, pregnant women are advised not to apply Roman chamomile essential oils. Even though the oral applications of the same are considered to be safe.
  • If the patient is already prescribed cyclosporine and warfarin drugs, then it’s better to skip chamomile essential oil. The oil can interact with cyclosporine, which can cause high blood pressure and kidney damages. So, it’s better to talk to the doctor before applying the oil.
